4. Heat oil in a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
5. Remove chicken from the marinade, reserving the liquid.
6. Arrange chicken in the hot skillet without overcrowding and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
7. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
