Instructions
1. Thaw lobster and shrimp if frozen, then pat dry.
2. Using kitchen scissors, butterfly lobster tails by cutting down the shell and lifting the meat above.
3. Season lobster and shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat, add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
5. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and parsley, then remove from heat.
6. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a teaspoon of olive oil.
7. Sear shrimp 1-2 minutes per side until pink, then remove and keep warm.
8. Preheat oven to 425°F or set broiler to high.
9. Place lobster tails on a baking tray, brush with garlic butter, and bake 8-10 minutes or broil 5-6 minutes until opaque.
10. Return shrimp to the tray, drizzle with remaining butter, and serve immediately.
