Description
These no-bake peppermint Oreo truffles are easy to make and perfect for holiday dessert parties. Creamy Oreo centers dipped in chocolate and topped with crushed candy canes.

Instructions
1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese and peppermint extract until combined.
3. Form tablespoon-sized balls and chill on parchment paper for 20 to 30 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals until smooth.
5. Dip each chilled truffle in melted chocolate and place back on parchment.
6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes or decorations on top while coating is wet.
7. Chill the truffles for at least 30 minutes until the coating is set.
8. Serve at room temperature or store refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
