  • 3 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed

  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts and peel and cube the butternut squash into uniform pieces.
