1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl combine stuffing mix, melted butter, and 3/4 cup chicken broth; stir until moistened.
3. Whisk condensed soup with 1/4 cup broth or milk in a separate bowl.
4. Spread shredded chicken evenly in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and spread evenly.
6. Add optional vegetables or cheese if desired.
7. Spoon the stuffing mixture over the top and press lightly.
8. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
9. If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil halfway through.
10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
