Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar (or blend)
4 medium flour tortillas (8-inch)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onion (optional)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium and add olive oil or butter.
2. Sauté minced garlic for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add chicken; season with salt, pepper, and paprika or chili flakes.
4. Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring, until warmed; stir in parsley and mayo if using. Remove from heat.
5. Lay tortillas flat; sprinkle a little cheese on one half.
6. Top with a portion of chicken and more cheese.
7. Fold tightly into a wrap (or roll burrito-style).
8. Return skillet to medium; toast wraps seam-side down 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
9. Rest 1 minute, slice, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
