A creamy, one‐pan tortellini dish that combines cheese‐filled pasta with a rich garlic cream sauce in under 30 minutes, perfect for weeknight dinners or date nights.

Instructions
1. Cook cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente then drain.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
3. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze pan, then add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
4. Simmer sauce for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then fold in cooked tortellini to coat.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding salt, pepper or more red pepper flakes if desired.
7. Turn off heat, garnish with fresh basil and serve directly from the skillet.
