Festive Charcuterie Cups & Cheese Twists for Parties

Description

Individual charcuterie cups filled with meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and dips paired with flaky baked cheese twists. Perfect for weddings, holidays, and casual gatherings. Prep ahead for stress-free entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 12 clear plastic cups or mini mason jars
  • 4 oz prosciutto, rolled
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz aged cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz gouda, wedges
  • 8 mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup fig jam
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella blend
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme)
  • 1 beaten egg wash
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Prepare cups: place a few almonds or crackers in each cup base

    2. Layer cheeses and meats alternately in each cup

    3. Add grapes, olives, and dried apricots on top

    4. Garnish cups with a small dollop of hummus or fig jam and a sprig of rosemary

    5. Cover filled cups and refrigerate up to 24 hours

    6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment

    7. Roll puff pastry to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface

    8. Sprinkle cheese blend and herbs evenly over pastry

    9. Fold pastry in half, press lightly, and cut into ½ inch strips

    10. Twist each strip several times and place on baking sheet

    11. Brush twists with egg wash and season lightly

    12. Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden

    13. Cool twists slightly before serving alongside charcuterie cups
