Description
A neon-green, kid-friendly punch with lime sherbet, lemon-lime soda, and pineapple juice. Optional tonic water makes it glow under black light; dry ice adds spooky bubbles.
Ingredients
8 cups lime sherbet (about 1/2 gallon)
2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
46 oz pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1–2 cups ice, as needed
1 cup tonic water (optional, for blacklight glow)
Gummy worms or candy eyeballs, for garnish (optional)
Small chunk dry ice (optional; handle with tongs)
Instructions
1. Scoop lime sherbet into a large punch bowl.
2. Pour in lemon-lime soda and pineapple juice; stir gently.
3. Add lime juice, orange slices, lime slices, and ice.
4. Stir in tonic water for a glow effect under black light (optional).
5. Garnish with gummy worms or candy eyeballs.
6. For smoky bubbles, carefully add a small piece of dry ice with tongs; do not ingest and wait for it to dissipate before serving.
