Ingredients
24 cocktail franks (mini hot dogs)
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg, beaten (optional, for shine)
1 tablespoon mustard or ketchup (for eyes)
Nonstick spray or parchment paper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Unroll crescent dough, pinch seams, and cut into thin 1/4-inch strips.
3. Pat franks dry; wrap each with dough strips, leaving a small gap for the face.
4. Brush with beaten egg if using for a glossy finish.
5. Bake 10–12 minutes until dough is puffed and golden.
6. Cool 5 minutes, then dot mustard or ketchup in the face gap to make eyes.
7. Serve warm with extra mustard and ketchup for dipping.
