  • Instructions

    1. Combine crushed chocolate cookies, melted butter, and granulated sugar and press into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

    2. Freeze crust for at least 20 minutes while preparing the filling.

    3. Melt milk chocolate chips, butter, and 1 cup heavy cream together until smooth and glossy.

    4. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.

    5. Fold melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly over the chilled crust.

    6. Whip 1.5 cups heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

    7. Spread whipped topping over the chocolate filling and smooth the surface.

    8. Cover pie and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
