Spooky-cute jello shots topped with candy eyeballs—perfect for Halloween parties. Easy, make-ahead, and customizable with your favorite flavors or a kid-friendly, alcohol-free option.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (3-oz/85 g) box flavored gelatin (lime, cherry, or orange)

1 cup boiling water

3/4 cup vodka (or white rum)

1/4 cup cold water (use 1 cup cold juice/water total for alcohol-free)

24 candy or gummy eyeballs

24 (2-oz) plastic shot cups

Optional: whipped cream and red decorating gel for garnish

Instructions

1. Arrange shot cups on a rimmed tray and clear space in the refrigerator.

2. Add gelatin to a bowl; pour in boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved, 1 minute.

3. Stir in vodka and cold water (or replace both with 1 cup cold juice/water for non-alcoholic).

4. Divide mixture among cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

5. Chill 30–40 minutes until slightly jiggly but not firm.

6. Gently press one candy eyeball into the center of each cup.
