  • 4 lobster tails (6 oz each), thawed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil

    2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat to rest on top of the shell

    3. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper

    4. Brush lobster meat with half of the garlic butter and reserve the rest for serving

    5. Bake lobster tails for 10 to 12 minutes until the meat is opaque and lightly golden

    6. Meanwhile, for the stove top method, heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of the garlic butter

    7. Place lobster tails meat-side down in the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly seared

    8. Flip the tails, spoon remaining garlic butter over them, cover, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until fully opaque

    9. Drizzle with reserved garlic butter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving
