Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat turkey dry.
2. Season tenderloin with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, and chopped herbs.
4. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Sear turkey 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
6. Brush seared tenderloin with half of the garlic butter.
7. Transfer skillet to oven and roast until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), about 25–35 minutes depending on weight.
8. Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and let rest 5–10 minutes.
9. Slice into medallions and spoon pan juices over the top.
10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with desired sides.
