3. Add chicken in a single layer and sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; transfer to a plate.
4. Lower heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Whisk honey and soy sauce together, then pour into the pan and scrape up browned bits.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the bubbling glaze for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats each piece.
