Description
Fun, kid-friendly marshmallow pops inspired by the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. Dipped in white candy melts and decorated with edible markers—perfect for Ghostbusters movie nights, parties, or easy Halloween snacks.
Ingredients
20 large marshmallows
10 oz white candy melts (about 1 2/3 cups)
1–2 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil, for thinning
Edible food markers (black and red)
20 mini marshmallows, optional (for little hats)
40 thin pretzel sticks, optional (for arms)
Assorted sprinkles, optional
Blue and red gel food coloring, optional
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set out tools; have markers and decorations ready.
2. Microwave candy melts in a bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between; thin with oil until smooth and pourable.
3. Skewer each marshmallow (or hold with a fork) and dip the top half in melted candy; let excess drip off.
4. Set dipped marshmallows on the lined tray and allow to firm up for 10–15 minutes.
5. Use edible markers to draw Stay Puft–style faces (eyes, smile, blush or details as desired).
6. Glue a mini marshmallow on top with a dab of melted candy to make a hat, if using.
7. Add pretzel sticks as arms by gently pressing into the sides or attaching with a dot of melted candy.
8. Decorate with sprinkles or tinted candy accents; add blue/red details with gel coloring if desired.
9. Let treats set 5–10 minutes more until decorations are secure.
10. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
