Description

Ingredients
Large marshmallows
Mini marshmallows
Red icing or edible gel
Blue icing or edible gel
Candy eyes
Toothpicks or lollipop sticks
White chocolate (optional for dipping)
Crackers or cookies (for base, optional)
Instructions
1. Insert each large marshmallow onto a toothpick or stick to act as the base of the treat.
2. Use blue icing to pipe a band across the top of the marshmallow, creating the hat.
3. Stick a mini marshmallow on top with a dot of blue icing to complete the hat.
4. Add red icing to form a ribbon or tie near the base of the marshmallow.
5. Attach candy eyes with icing for a cute face.
6. Optional: Dip the bottom in white chocolate and place on a cookie or cracker for a base.
7. Let set and chill before serving.
