2. Arrange bread cubes on a baking sheet and toast at 275°F (135°C) for 15 minutes, tossing once.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add onion and celery and sauté for 10 to 12 minutes until softened.
5. Stir in dried sage and thyme and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Remove skillet from heat and pour mixture over toasted bread cubes in a large bowl.
