  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 810 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Avocado slices (optional)
  • Lime wedges (optional)
  • Extra cilantro (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

    2. Toss shrimp in the marinade until coated and let rest for 15–20 minutes.

    3. Combine green and purple cabbage with cilantro in a large bowl.

    4. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, and salt; pour over cabbage and toss to coat. Chill.

    5. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime zest, and garlic powder in a small bowl; adjust spice and refrigerate.

    6. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high; oil grates to prevent sticking.

    7. Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred; remove and rest.

    8. Warm tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet 10–15 seconds per side; keep wrapped in a towel.

    9. Assemble tacos by layering slaw, grilled shrimp, and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.

    10. Top with avocado slices, extra cilantro, and a squeeze of lime if desired.
