Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 pack pizza dough or homemade bun dough
1 egg (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds or edible eyes for decoration (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until browned. Let cool slightly.
3. Roll dough into circles. Add a spoonful of beef and cheese in the center.
4. Fold and seal edges to create buns. Place seam-side down on a baking tray.
5. Brush with egg wash and decorate with sesame seeds or edible eyes.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Cool slightly and serve warm with ketchup or mustard.

You can use store-bought dough or homemade.
