Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots

Description

Creepy-cute jello shots studded with candy eyeballs—easy, customizable, and perfect for spooky parties. Make them boozy or kid-friendly.


Ingredients

Scale

2 (3-oz) boxes flavored gelatin (red, green, or blue)

2 cups boiling water

1 cup cold water

1 cup chilled vodka (or more cold water/juice for NA)

24 edible candy eyeballs

24 plastic 2-oz shot cups

Optional: gummy worms, food coloring gel for veins


Instructions

1. Set 24 shot cups on a rimmed tray for easy transfer.

2. Bring 2 cups water to a boil.

3. Whisk gelatin with boiling water in a bowl until fully dissolved, 2 minutes.

4. Stir in 1 cup cold water; let mixture cool 3–5 minutes.

5. Stir in 1 cup chilled vodka (use cold juice or water for non-alcoholic).

6. Fill cups about 2/3 full with the gelatin mixture.

7. Drop 1 candy eyeball into each cup; angle or center as desired.

8. Refrigerate until set, 2–4 hours, then cover until serving.

9. Optional: Add gummy worms or draw red “veins” with food gel.

10. Serve well-chilled; store covered in the fridge up to 3 days.
