4. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside
5. Divide dough if making mini pizzas or keep whole for two large hearts
6. Roll each dough portion into a 10-inch circle and shape into a heart by pinching the bottom into a point and forming two curves at the top
7. Transfer shaped dough to parchment paper or a floured peel and brush edges with olive oil
