Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup diced mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/21 cup ice cubes
  • 1/8 tsp orange zest (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Gather a high-speed blender, measuring cups, and a spatula.

    2. Pour orange juice (and optional milk or water) into the blender.

    3. Add Greek yogurt and protein powder.

    4. Add mango pieces and ice cubes.
