Quick Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Description

Succulent lobster tails broiled in a flavorful garlic butter sauce. This easy recipe produces tender, restaurant-quality seafood in under 30 minutes, perfect for special occasions or weeknight dinners.

  • 4 lobster tails (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Instructions

    1. If using frozen lobster tails, thaw in refrigerator overnight or in cold water for 30–40 minutes

    2. Preheat the oven broiler to 500°F (260°C)

    3. Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell and gently lift the meat to butterfly the tails

    4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

    5. Place the butterflied lobster tails meat-side up on a foil-lined baking sheet

    6. Brush each tail generously with the garlic butter mixture

    7. Broil for 8–10 minutes, watching closely until the meat is opaque white and lightly golden

    8. Remove from the oven and brush with remaining butter

    9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately
