  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

These kid-friendly Halloween burgers are spooky, fun, and totally delicious! Shaped into silly monster faces with cheese fangs and olive eyes, they’re the perfect party dinner for Halloween night. Serve with crispy fries for a complete spooky meal!

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (or plant-based alternative)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 burger buns

4 slices cheddar or American cheese (cut into ‘fangs’)

4 green olives (pitted and halved for eyes)

Lettuce leaves

Ketchup or mustard

4 wooden picks or toothpicks (to secure the olive eyes)

Frozen or fresh fries for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat.

2. Mix beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties.

3. Cook burgers for 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

4. Toast the buns if desired.

5. Cut cheese into triangles or fang shapes. Place on hot burgers to melt slightly.

6. Assemble burgers: bun base, lettuce, patty, sauce, top bun.

7. Stick olive halves onto picks and press into buns to create ‘monster eyes.’

8. Serve with crispy fries and spooky dipping sauces.

Notes

Use plant-based patties for vegetarian versions.

Add ketchup ‘blood’ for extra Halloween fun.

Make sliders for younger kids or party portions.
