1. Peel and dice mango; freeze chunks for at least 1 hour if using fresh.
2. Add mango, frozen banana, coconut milk, yogurt, ice cubes, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice to a blender.
3. Blend on medium speed, then increase to high until mixture is thick and smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides.
4. Adjust texture by adding more coconut milk for a thinner consistency or frozen mango/ice for a thicker base; taste and adjust sweetness.
5. Optional: chill serving bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes before pouring in the smoothie.
6. Pour smoothie into the chilled bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon.
7. Top with sliced banana, kiwi, pineapple chunks, chia seeds, toasted coconut flakes, and granola as desired.
