Description

A vibrant and creamy breakfast bowl blending sweet mango, rich coconut milk, and banana, topped with colorful tropical fruits and crunchy seeds for a nutritious start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ripe mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • Instructions

    1. Peel and dice mango; freeze chunks for at least 1 hour if using fresh.

    2. Add mango, frozen banana, coconut milk, yogurt, ice cubes, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice to a blender.

    3. Blend on medium speed, then increase to high until mixture is thick and smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides.

    4. Adjust texture by adding more coconut milk for a thinner consistency or frozen mango/ice for a thicker base; taste and adjust sweetness.

    5. Optional: chill serving bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes before pouring in the smoothie.

    6. Pour smoothie into the chilled bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon.

    7. Top with sliced banana, kiwi, pineapple chunks, chia seeds, toasted coconut flakes, and granola as desired.
