This no bake Samoa pie features a crunchy cookie crust, creamy caramel and coconut filling, and chocolate drizzle. Perfect for warm September gatherings, it requires minimal prep and no oven time.

1. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch pie dish, and chill for 20–30 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, add vanilla, and fold in whipped topping.
3. Spread filling over chilled crust, drizzle caramel, and sprinkle half the toasted coconut.
4. Repeat layers of filling, caramel, and coconut as desired.
5. Chill the assembled pie for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Melt chocolate chips and caramel, drizzle over the top, and sprinkle remaining toasted coconut.
7. Use a hot knife wiped dry between cuts to serve clean slices.
8. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to one month.
