Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with foil and place a wire rack on top.
2. Pat chicken drumsticks dry and brush with olive oil.
3. Season drumsticks with garlic powder and brown sugar and coat with half of the BBQ sauce.
4. Arrange drumsticks on the rack, spacing evenly, and bake for 25 minutes.
5. Baste drumsticks with remaining BBQ sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. Brush on a final layer of sauce and broil for 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
