Parmesan Crusted Air Fryer Chicken Tenderloins Recipe to Love

Description

Crispy, juicy chicken tenderloins coated in a flavorful Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, cooked quickly in the air fryer for a healthy weeknight meal everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins (about 810 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • cooking oil spray

  • Instructions

    1. Pat chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels.

    2. Set up three shallow bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and Parmesan–breadcrumb mixture seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    3. Dredge each tenderloin in flour, shake off excess, dip in egg, then press into Parmesan–breadcrumb mix.

    4. Chill coated chicken in the refrigerator for 10 minutes if time allows.

    5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

    6. Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil.

    7. Arrange tenderloins in a single layer with space between them.

    8. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 9–11 minutes, flipping and misting with oil halfway through.

    9. Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    10. Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
