Instructions
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
2. Brush peach halves with olive oil and season with salt, then grill cut side down 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
3. Grill corn on the cob, turning occasionally, until charred in spots, about 8–10 minutes, then cut kernels off the cob.
4. Arrange arugula or mixed greens on a large platter or in a salad bowl.
5. Scatter grilled corn kernels over the greens.
6. Place grilled peach halves on top of the greens and corn.
7. Tear burrata into pieces and nestle between the peaches.
8. Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
9. Drizzle balsamic glaze and a little olive oil over the entire salad.
10. Serve immediately, allowing the peaches to be warm and the burrata creamy.
