  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a standard loaf pan.

    2. In a bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

    3. In another bowl beat pumpkin butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
