  • Instructions

    1. Gather a blender, measuring cups, spoons, and chilled glasses.

    2. Add pumpkin puree, vanilla ice cream, milk, pumpkin pie spice, sugar or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender.

    3. Blend on low speed, increasing to high, until smooth and thick.

    4. If the milkshake is too thick, add more milk; for a frostier texture, add ice and blend again.

    5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
