Description
Tender oysters topped with garlic lemon butter, roasted or grilled to deliver a coastal flavor in minutes. Perfect as a starter for gatherings or an elegant party platter.

Instructions
1. Rinse shells under cold water and shuck oysters, keeping the liquor in the bottom shell.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F for roasting or grill to 400–450°F for grilling.
3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, salt and parsley, then remove from heat.
5. For oven method: arrange oysters on a baking sheet, spoon lemon butter onto each, and roast 8–10 minutes until bubbly.
6. For grill method: place oysters on grill or foil, brush with lemon butter and grill 5–7 minutes until sauce sizzles.
7. Optionally broil oysters 1–2 minutes or add Parmesan or bread crumbs before cooking for a crisp topping.
8. Serve oysters on a platter over coarse salt or ice, garnish with lemon wedges and extra parsley.
