  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 medium pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

    2. Roll puff pastry on a floured surface to fit a 10-inch skillet and chill.

    3. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in the skillet over medium heat.
