3. Rest the dough (autolyse) for 30 minutes
4. Perform stretch and folds three times at 30 minute intervals
5. Bulk ferment the dough for 4 to 6 hours until risen and bubbly
6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place in an 8×4-inch pan
7. Final proof for 1.5 to 2 hours until puffy
8. Preheat oven to 190C and prepare steam in the oven
9. Score the loaf and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden
10. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing
