2. In a bowl mash avocado with salt, pepper, and half the olive oil
3. Spread cottage cheese evenly on each toast
4. For classic savory, top with mashed avocado, drizzle remaining oil and sprinkle chili flakes
5. For Mediterranean, layer avocado, diced tomatoes, cucumber, feta, olive tapenade and oregano
6. For spicy Southwest, mix avocado with chili powder, cumin, paprika and lime juice, spread on toast and add optional toppings
7. Serve immediately to maintain crunch
