2. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar and starter together until smooth
3. Add bread flour and salt and stir to form a shaggy dough
4. Knead in softened butter gradually until dough is smooth and elastic
5. First ferment the dough in a warm spot until doubled in size
6. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread the chocolate orange filling evenly
7. Roll into a log, slice lengthwise and twist halves into a braid
8. Place braided loaf in a pan and proof until puffy
9. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through
