Ingredients

  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • granulated sugar
  • powdered milk or coconut milk powder
  • dried sweet sourdough starter powder
  • cornstarch
  • instant coffee granules (optional)
  • mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • pinch of salt

  • Instructions

    1. In a bowl whisk cocoa powder sugar powdered milk cornstarch and salt until evenly combined

    2. Gently fold in dried sweet sourdough starter powder

    3. Add half of the dry mix to a clean 16-ounce glass jar

    4. Add a layer of mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

    5. Add the remaining dry mix and tap the jar to settle

    6. Seal the jar tightly
