1. Add almond milk to blender followed by pumpkin puree, banana, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
2. Top with ice cubes and blend on low until combined, then increase to high and blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice by adding more maple syrup or cinnamon as desired.
4. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream and chopped pecans or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, shaking before serving.
