Spooky-cute Halloween cookies made with chocolate wafers and mini peanut butter cups, finished with an orange icing hat band. Perfect for party snack boards and easy for kids to help assemble.

24 chocolate wafer cookies
24 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped
1/2 cup orange icing or frosting (piping bag or squeeze tube)
1 tablespoon black sprinkles or sanding sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Arrange wafer cookies on a parchment-lined tray; pipe a small dot of orange icing in the center of each cookie and press a mini peanut butter cup upside down to adhere.
2. Pipe an orange “hat band” around the base of each cup; add sprinkles if using. Let set 10 minutes, then serve or store airtight up to 3 days.
