1. Combine soy sauce sesame oil and cornstarch in a bowl and add steak to marinate for 10 minutes
2. Cook noodles according to package instructions drain and toss with a bit of oil
3. Whisk together soy sauce oyster sauce brown sugar garlic ginger and chili flakes in a small bowl
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over medium high heat and stir fry vegetables until crisp tender then transfer to a plate
5. Add remaining oil and sear beef in batches until browned and cooked through
6. Return vegetables to wok add sauce and noodles and toss until sauce thickens and coats evenly
7. Serve immediately topped with sesame seeds and green onions
