  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Pat chicken breasts dry and use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into each breast.

    3. In a bowl, combine mozzarella, spinach, garlic, and parsley.

    4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture and secure openings with toothpicks or twine.
