Instructions
1. Take frozen fruits and acai puree from the freezer and let soften for 2 minutes.
2. Add acai puree, pineapple, mango, banana, orange juice, lime juice and yogurt to the blender.
3. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, scraping down sides until thick and creamy.
4. If too thick, add orange juice or coconut water by the tablespoon; if too thin, add more frozen fruit.
5. Pour mixture into a chilled bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
6. Arrange toppings: granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds and citrus slices.
7. Drizzle honey or agave syrup over the top if desired.
8. Serve immediately to enjoy the chilled, creamy texture.
