Description

Ingredients

  • apple wedges
  • pineapple chunks

  • Instructions

    1. Chop dark chocolate and melt over simmering water or in 15-second microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.

    2. Let melted chocolate cool for 1–2 minutes until warm to the touch.

    3. Fold in Greek yogurt gently until fully combined and silky.

    4. Stir in honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt; taste and adjust sweetness.

    5. Prepare and arrange fruit on a platter for dipping.

    6. Transfer dip to a serving bowl or fondue pot and garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or crushed nuts.
