1 cup marshmallow fluff

1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature

2. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy

3. Sift in cocoa powder and powdered sugar and mix until combined

4. Add milk and vanilla extract and beat until smooth

5. Gently fold in marshmallow fluff until fully incorporated

6. Fold in Cool Whip until mixture is light and creamy

7. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and garnish as desired

8. Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour for a firmer texture
