  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 6 oz sharp cheddar, sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto, folded
  • 4 oz salami, rolled
  • 4 oz chorizo, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup assorted crackers
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry chutney
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 12 slices baguette
  • 4 figs, halved
  • 12 dates, pitted
  • 12 almonds
  • 1/2 cup mini pastry cups
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet; bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.

    2. Toss date halves with almonds and wrap each in a half strip of bacon; bake on a separate sheet for 12 minutes until bacon is crisp.

    3. Arrange Brie, Gouda, blue cheese, and cheddar in separate sections on a large wooden board.

    4. Fold prosciutto and roll salami and chorizo; place meats around cheeses to create visual interest.

    5. Place clusters of grapes, pear slices, cranberries, and mixed nuts around the cheeses and meats.

    6. Fill mini pastry cups with cranberry sauce, top with baked Brie bites if desired, and nestle them among other items.

    7. Drizzle honey over Brie and scatter rosemary sprigs across the board for a festive touch.

    8. Add roasted baguette slices, crackers, and a small bowl of cranberry chutney to the edges of the board.

    9. Serve immediately with any remaining fresh fruits or spreads on the side.

    10. Replenish fruits and crackers as needed to keep the board looking abundant.
