Description
Juicy, lean oven-baked chicken breasts seasoned simply for a WW-friendly, family-style dinner. Minimal prep, big flavor, easy cleanup.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6–7 oz each)
Olive oil spray
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano or thyme
1/2 tsp kosher salt (optional, to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)
Optional veggies: broccoli florets, zucchini, bell pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan with parchment or lightly spray with oil.
2. Pound chicken to an even 3/4-inch thickness for uniform cooking; pat dry.
3. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Lightly spray chicken on both sides; sprinkle and rub in the seasoning blend.
5. Arrange on sheet pan; add optional veggies around chicken and mist with oil.
6. Bake 18-22 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F on a thermometer.
7. Rest 5 minutes to keep juices in; finish with lemon juice and herbs if using.
8. Serve with roasted veggies, salad, or whole grains for a WW-friendly plate.
