Ingredients

  • 3/41 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 12 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats or granola
  • 12 tablespoons chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon butter or coconut oil

  • optional toppings: dates, chia seeds, almond butter

  • Instructions

    1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter or coconut oil

    2. Add the sliced apples and a pinch of salt and cook for 1–2 minutes
