Baked Brie Sourdough Crostini – Holiday Charcuterie Favorite

Description

Add sparkle to your gatherings with sourdough baked brie topped with ruby cranberries and honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 large sourdough baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 8 oz brie cheese wheel, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cranberry compote
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • sea salt to taste
  • cracked black pepper optional

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Brush sourdough slices with olive oil and toast for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway.

    3. Top toasted bread with brie slices and bake for 5-6 minutes until cheese melts.

    4. Spoon cranberry compote over each crostini.

    5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.

    6. Transfer to a cooling rack to keep crisp.

    7. Arrange on a platter and serve warm.
