1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, 8–10 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until emulsified.
3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, spinach, strawberries, and red onion.
4. Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
5. Sprinkle feta cheese and nuts over the salad and add remaining dressing before serving.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes if serving cold.
